Goglis is a private voice and text chat application for a circle of friends, operated at goglis.com. This page describes our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Zero tolerance
Goglis has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit, without exception, any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or predatory behavior towards minors, sextortion, and the trafficking or solicitation of minors.
2. How our service is structured
- Goglis is invite-based: communities are private and can only be joined via invite links shared by their members, or via communities explicitly published by their owners. There is no open, anonymous public space.
- The service is not directed at children under 13, and accounts require an account with an external identity provider (Google, Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net).
3. In-app reporting
Every message and member can be reported from inside the app (right-click / long-press → Report) with predefined categories and an optional note. Reports go to the community's moderation panel and to the operators of the service. Users can also reach us at any time via Settings → Feedback.
4. Enforcement
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the offending account is permanently banned.
- Where required by applicable law, we preserve evidence and report to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement requests.
- Community owners and moderators who knowingly tolerate such content lose their communities and their accounts.
5. Point of contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters is the in-app feedback channel (Settings → Feedback). Reports submitted there reach the operators of the service directly and are reviewed with priority.
6. Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Goglis is offered and with the Google Play Families and Child Safety Standards policies. These standards apply to all users and all content on Goglis, including private communities and direct messages.

1. Sıfır tolerans
Goglis'te çocuğun cinsel istismarına ve sömürüsüne karşı sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Küçükleri cinselleştiren, sömüren ya da tehlikeye atan her tür içerik ve davranış, çocuğun cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM), çocuklara yönelik tacizci/istismarcı yaklaşım (grooming), şantaj (sextortion), küçüklerin ticareti veya bu amaçla iletişim dahil, istisnasız yasaktır.
2. Hizmetin yapısı
- Goglis davet temellidir: topluluklar özeldir; yalnızca üyelerin paylaştığı davet bağlantılarıyla ya da sahibinin açıkça yayınladığı topluluklar üzerinden katılınır. Açık ve anonim bir kamu alanı yoktur.
- Hizmet 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir; hesap açmak için harici bir kimlik sağlayıcısı (Google, Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net) hesabı gerekir.
3. Uygulama içi şikayet
Her mesaj ve üye, uygulama içinden (sağ tık / uzun bas → Şikayet et) hazır kategoriler ve isteğe bağlı notla şikayet edilebilir. Şikayetler topluluğun moderasyon panosuna ve hizmet işletmecisine ulaşır. Ayrıca Ayarlar → Geri bildirim üzerinden bize her zaman ulaşabilirsiniz.
4. Yaptırım
- Doğrulanan CSAE içeriği derhâl kaldırılır ve ilgili hesap kalıcı olarak engellenir.
- Yürürlükteki hukukun gerektirdiği hâllerde deliller korunur, yetkili makamlara bildirilir ve kolluk talepleriyle iş birliği yapılır.
- Bu tür içeriğe bilerek göz yuman topluluk sahipleri ve moderatörler topluluklarını ve hesaplarını kaybeder.
5. İletişim noktası
Çocuk güvenliği konuları için belirlenmiş iletişim noktamız uygulama içi geri bildirim kanalıdır (Ayarlar → Geri bildirim). Buradan iletilen bildirimler doğrudan hizmet işletmecisine ulaşır ve öncelikle incelenir.
6. Uyum
Goglis'in sunulduğu bölgelerde yürürlükteki çocuk güvenliği yasalarına ve Google Play Aileler ile Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları politikalarına uyarız. Bu standartlar, özel topluluklar ve doğrudan mesajlar dahil Goglis'teki tüm kullanıcılar ve tüm içerik için geçerlidir.

1. Null Toleranz
Goglis verfolgt eine Null-Toleranz-Politik gegenüber sexuellem Missbrauch und Ausbeutung von Kindern. Ausnahmslos verboten sind alle Inhalte und Verhaltensweisen, die Minderjährige sexualisieren, ausbeuten oder gefährden, einschließlich Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM), Grooming, Sextortion sowie Handel mit oder Anbahnung an Minderjährige.
2. Aufbau des Dienstes
- Goglis ist einladungsbasiert: Community sind privat und nur über von Mitgliedern geteilte Einladungslinks oder ausdrücklich veröffentlichte Community erreichbar. Es gibt keinen offenen, anonymen öffentlichen Raum.
- Der Dienst richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren; für ein Konto ist ein externer Identitätsanbieter (Google, Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net) erforderlich.
3. Meldung in der App
Jede Nachricht und jedes Mitglied kann direkt in der App gemeldet werden (Rechtsklick / langes Drücken → Melden), mit vordefinierten Kategorien und optionaler Notiz. Meldungen erreichen das Moderationspanel des Communities und die Betreiber des Dienstes. Zusätzlich sind wir jederzeit über Einstellungen → Feedback erreichbar.
4. Durchsetzung
- Bestätigte CSAE-Inhalte werden sofort entfernt; das betreffende Konto wird dauerhaft gesperrt.
- Soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, sichern wir Beweise, melden an die zuständigen Behörden und kooperieren mit Strafverfolgungsersuchen.
- Serverinhaber und Moderatoren, die solche Inhalte wissentlich dulden, verlieren ihre Community und Konten.
5. Kontaktstelle
Unsere benannte Kontaktstelle für Kinderschutzthemen ist der Feedback-Kanal in der App (Einstellungen → Feedback). Dort eingereichte Meldungen erreichen die Betreiber des Dienstes direkt und werden vorrangig geprüft.
6. Konformität
Wir halten die geltenden Kinderschutzgesetze der Regionen, in denen Goglis angeboten wird, sowie die Google-Play-Richtlinien für Familien und Kinderschutzstandards ein. Diese Standards gelten für alle Nutzer und alle Inhalte auf Goglis, einschließlich privater Community und Direktnachrichten.
